The time has come for our really small, very local grocery to stay local but not so small. We will be expanding to another, bigger and brighter space, just a few blocks over.
We are excited and ready to grow; we hope you’ll come along with us.
Your support as a customer is already enough to catapult us into this new space, but if you want to be part of building the new location, we have crafted some pretty cool memberships to help you, help us, when we NEED IT MOST.

WHAT YOU GET
WHAT YOU WILL HELP US BUILD
THE SPACE
We want soul in our food and in our space, so we have found a building that can facilitate both, but it is old and full of character and it needs work. The space is a behemoth, but it is going to be beautiful.
The old building is in the heart of the village at 325 Carlsbad Village Drive. It needs a proper facelift, but it will be almost quadruple the size of what we had on Oak Ave.
In this new space, we will finally have a full kitchen with beach-ready, take-home handy, FREshly prepared food. And there will be space to offer more options for one-stop shopping with everything you need for your weekly list, plus some extras to ENJOY from the wall of wines and the tinned fish room!
The store will be stocked with more of your favorite local produce, under-represented brands, a deli section with fresh sandwiches (!), a caviar fridge and natural wine selection. And while this will be decadent in many ways (color, flavor, and choices) it will be as down-to-earth as Katie’s blueberry farm roots- with the perfect lobster salad and bag of chips lunch options.
Most importantly, it will be full of community because it will be built by one.
THE COMMUNITY
So, besides all the good things you can take away, we will have all the good things that will make you want to stay: Supporting a family business, a space to host events, take classes, gather with your people (& make friends with new people), and try new food.
We hope to be a grocery store that does more than just fill your basket and it fills your community.

It’s a one-time buy. Offered yearly. You get access to the coolest inter-workings of Always Hungry G&G, activities for that year.
