Japanese Tea Tasting w/ ESTE

Japanese tea, rooted in place, season, and care.

Join us for a 90-minute guided tasting of Sencha, Wakocha, and Houjicha, and learn what’s in your cup and why it tastes the way it does.

All materials are provided, plus a few snacks along the way. You’ll also leave with a loose leaf sample to take home.

Hosted by ESTE, a San Diego tea company working directly with small Japanese producers, each tea reflects the place, season, and hands that made it.

Join us for a hands-on banana whip class with Just Bananas. Using two machines and a colorful lineup of fruits, you’ll learn how to spin frozen bananas + fruits of your choice into creamy rainbow banana whip and create your own custom combos.

Each guest will make three cups of banana whip, choosing from different fruit blends, shells, and fun toppings. Enjoy them right away or stash them in our freezer to take home later.
