Easter and Passover Menu

Locally sourced ingredients, farm fresh produce, all ready for you to pick up for Easter or Passover! Each Meal includes the following and is enough for 2 people.

Zumac Roasted Chicken - ½ Chicken or Full - Mary’s Roasted Chicken, stuffed with lemon garlic and thyme and rubbed with zumac, salt and pepper.

OR

Passover Braised Brisket - 8oz
Brisket, garlic, onion, ketchup, paprika, smoked paprika, cayenne, thyme & beef stock 

Potato Kugel 
Yukon potatoes, white onion, eggs, potato starch, chives, salt and pepper 

Spring Tabbouleh 
Quinoa, kale, red onion, cucumbers, lemon, cherries, salt and pepper 

Orange glazed carrots
Orange, honey, ginger, parsley, butter and thyme
